Production runs in continuous shift operation under strict supervision of compliance with medical hygiene regulations. All production processes are meticulously documented.
The in-house high-end test laboratory, which is in no way inferior to the technologies of the official approval bodies, enables all parameters to be constantly monitored and the production processes to be optimised. Binding filtration tests with NaCl and paraffin oil as well as air resistance tests are carried out in-house on the Palas test stand. UNILAB is the centrepiece of quality assurance and essential for the tireless progress of the research and development team.
Restrictive internal measurement of each used filter material roll with cross-check of the finished mask from the respective roll verify the batch for the sales process. The atemious masks are provided with appropriate production information, which enables the kconstant traceability is guaranteed. Additionally a In-house batch-specific storage documentation is kept.
